Buyer Protection Plan (BPP)

Any vehicle sold with a seller’s warranty qualifies for Brasher’s Buyer Protection Plan. A buyer must request the inspection on the day of sale and has the option of purchasing 7 or 14-day coverage.

If the vehicle passes inspection, any defects as outlined in our Rules and Policies will be covered for 7 or 14 days (sale day is the first day) from the date of sale.

Buyer Protection Plan Warranty Disclaimer: Brasher’s shall have the option to repair, reject sale, or issue a price adjustment upon verification of a Buyer Protection Plan covered defect. Brasher’s performs a “visual structural inspection” only and no other structural or laser measurements are performed. Brasher’s makes no other representations or warranties, either expressed or implied concerning the aforementioned vehicle. Brasher’s specifically disclaims any implied warranties or fitness of the vehicle for any particular purpose and shall in no event be liable for any loss or profit or any other commercial damages including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential, or other damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
